Our definition of quality:
Deming: QUALITY is the property of products and services that they meet expressed and unspoken needs.

 

The fundamental objectives of Alpaka Ltd:

To provide our customers with a varied range of exciting spices, other dry goods products that follow the current trends, as well as related educational, administrative and logistical services in a competent, reliable and flexible manner, which will enable us to meet the expressed and unspoken needs of our customers and thus to win and retain their trust and cooperation in the long term.

To achieve this, we:

- build, operate and certify our hazard analysis system according to the requirements of the HACCP standard,

- monitor changes in market demand to respond as quickly as possible,

- respond to changes in market demand and respond quickly to our customers' needs,

- select our suppliers to ensure that the products they supply meet the required standards in a long- term basis,

- store in accordance with the appropriate hygiene conditions, paying particular attention to the continuous improvement of the microbiological characteristics of the goods delivered, using HACCP principles,

- our documents include the lot number of the products, best before dates and our quality declaration,

- we strive to maintain close contact with our suppliers in order to achieve maximum control.

The management of the company is committed to carrying out these tasks and provides the necessary resources to do so.
